Fletchers Brand Campaign
When we were at Brand Advocate, we worked with this Southport-based solicitors firm who specialises in Serious Injury and Medical Negligence litigation.
Their goal was to be a lot more than the usual NO WIN NO FEE merchants that crop up continually on daytime TV.
Their CEO lost the use of his legs in a motorbike accident years ago and his empathy informs a lot of what the company does. For their brand integrated campaign, we devised a tone of voice and look and feel that reflected that across all media.
The most impactful presence was through a set of films that put the viewer right in the middle of a serious accident or injury but veered away from the usual doom-and-gloom of these types of advertising, presenting a more upbeat outlook.
We created a whole new website, made a series of films including testimonials of both staff and clients and populated their social channels.
This film is the CEO's own personal story.
This flurry of concentrated activity meant that, in the space of six months, enquiries for their business had shot up by over 230% and website traffic was up 1100% only eight weeks after launch.
They were essentially inundated with enquiries and found themselves in the enviable position of having to recruit 50+ new lawyers.
